peppermint is bright and strong, even the smell can calm some of the uneasy feelings of morning sickness. it also helps relieve gas and heartburn, among other digestive discomforts.
ginger root is a well known herbal remedy for upset stomachs and can calm the belly after sickness.
lemon balm is added to bring a sweet floral taste, and this herb is also calming and soothing, and gently helps with digestion.
brew as a tea, a large tablespoon or so in a cup of boiling water, and sip slowly throughout the day, or as often as needed.

these herbs are carefully sourced to be the freshest and most delicious we can find. we gather and dry herbs in our home garden, as well as source from local regenerative farmers whenever we can. we seek out plants grown using sustainable, nutrient dense methods, and harvest at the peak of their potency.all our ingredients are always organically produced, though not all are certified.
